Beet and Apple Salad

7 Beets, roasted
1 Celery Heart, finely chopped
1 apple, diced
Chives
Dill
1 T Flax Seed Oil
Juice of 1 Orange
Salt, Pepper, Garlic to taste

Dice everything, toss and enjoy!  Makes ~4 cups, 1 cup = serving size
