Apple-Pear Butter

8 Red Apples, cored and sliced
2 Pears, cored and sliced
2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
2 t Cinnamon
1 t Nutmeg
1 t Clove
1 t Allspice
2 T Brown Sugar

Put sliced fruit in pot, add enough water to just cover. Boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes until soft.

Drain fruit and place into food processor. Add spices and vinegar. Puree until smooth (you may need to add small amount of the boiled water to attain ideal consistency). Add sugar to taste.
